Right of Withdrawal (Change of Mind)

You can return any product without having to give any reason and without any penalty.

How long do I have to decide?

You have 14 days to exercise your right of withdrawal. This period starts:

  • From the day you receive the product.

  • In the case of an order with multiple products delivered separately, from the day you receive the last item.

How do I request a return?

  2. Receive instructions: Once submitted, you will receive a confirmation email with all the instructions to proceed.

Shipping the product (Timeframes & Costs)

  • Timeframe: You must ship the product back within 14 days from the day you notified us of your decision to withdraw.

  • Costs and risks: Shipping costs for the return and any shipping risks are your responsibility. If you choose to use our partner return shipping service directly through the website, you will see the cost clearly before confirming your request.

How do refunds work?

We will refund all payments received from you, including the standard delivery costs (extra costs resulting from choosing an express or premium shipping method instead of our standard delivery are excluded).

  • Timeline: The refund will be processed within 14 days from when you notified us of your withdrawal. Please note: we may withhold the refund until we receive the product back or until you provide proof of shipping, whichever comes first.

  • Payment method: The refund will be made using the same payment method you used for the initial transaction. If you prefer a different method, please let us know (any additional costs resulting from a different payment method will be charged to you).

Product Condition & Packaging Care

You can naturally inspect the product to understand its features and how it works, but please remember that you are responsible for any reduction in its value.

To receive a full refund, the product must be returned intact and complete:

  • With no signs of wear, scratches, or damage.

  • Complete with all accessories, original labels, and tags still attached.

  • Including original manuals, instructions, and packaging.

A helpful tip: To protect the product during transit, please do not write or place shipping labels directly on the original product box. Instead, place the original box inside a second protective shipping carton. If the product is returned damaged or incomplete, we will only be able to refund its residual value.



Warranty for Defective or Non-Conforming Products

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If a product has a manufacturing defect or is not as described, you are fully covered by our legal warranty.

How long does the warranty last?

All our products are covered by a 2-year warranty from the delivery date.

Please note: the warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use of the product or failure to follow the instructions and warnings provided in the manuals or on the labels.

What should I do if I find a defect?

You have 2 months from the discovery of the defect to report it to us. Here are the steps to follow:

  1. Email us at off@indelb.com.

  2. Attach the filled-out Return Form, clearly describing the issue.

  3. Include the required documents: at least one photo of the defective product and your order confirmation (or receipt/invoice).

How does the return process work?

  • Our assessment: Once we receive your request, our support team will review it. If approved, we will email you a "Return Code". Please note: receiving this code does not mean we have officially confirmed the defect yet; we will physically inspect the product once it arrives.

  • Shipping the item: After receiving your Return Code, you have 30 days to ship the product back to us (please include a copy of the return authorization email showing your "Return Code" inside the package) to the following address:

Repair, Replacement, or Refund

If the defect is confirmed, you are entitled to a free repair or replacement of the product (or other remedies provided by Consumer Protection laws).

If a refund is issued, it will be processed using the same payment method you used for the purchase. If that is not possible, we will issue a bank transfer: in this case, we will ask you to email your IBAN/bank details to off@indelb.com.
