Accessibility
Regulatory Background and Methodology
The European standard EN 301 549 defines accessibility requirements for digital products and services, including websites and e-commerce.
This
standard is largely based on WCAG 2.1 (Web Content Accessibility
Guidelines) developed by the W3C, which is internationally recognized
as the gold standard.
The audit was conducted by a third party,
and the 4 fundamental principles of accessibility were considered:
Perceivable
Operable
Understandable
Robust
The
analysis combines manual testing and verification by semi-automated
tools selected from those recommended by the W3C that consider
techniques compliant with WCAG 2.1 Level A and AA.
This
accessibility statement applies to the e-commerce website
www.off.indelb.com.
Compliance status
This website is partially compliant with the accessibility requirements of Directive (EU) 2019/882, as not all sections fully comply with WCAG 2.1 level AA.
Non-accessible content
Currently, some sections of the site have critical accessibility issues:
Some element IDs on the site are not unique.
Some links don't clearly communicate their destination or function (unclear link text or missing aria-label/alt for images).
Overflowing carousel products are hidden from screen readers but contain active links.
Some elements don't show a visible keyboard focus.
"Aircoon" images show text information only on mouse hover.
The language and search forms don't provide clear and accessible methods for submission.
Reporting mechanism
You
can report accessibility problems, request information in an
alternative format, or communicate navigational difficulties by
writing to: off@indelb.com.
Date of statement
This
statement was prepared on 31/07/2025 based on a third-party
assessment.
